Specifications and requirements for the application of surface paving cushion

According to the parameter specifications of gypsum-based self-leveling, this product series achieves strengths of 15MPa, 20MPa, and 30MPa, with flatness exceeding the national standard of 3mm ≤ over a 2-meter straightedge. This series is intended solely for indoor cushion layer applications. Applicable decorative surface layers include: wooden flooring, PVC flooring, carpet, conventional thin-set floor tiles, stone-plastic locking floors, and floor paint (office). Use beyond the above scope is not recommended. Due to the inherent properties of gypsum-based materials, they cannot internally consume moisture, resulting in relatively slow dehydration. For the second-generation product with an overall thickness within 5 cm, the moisture content must be below 10%, requiring approximately 30 days of drying time, slightly longer in winter (without the sound insulation layer, the drying time is halved). Only construction sites with sufficient drying time may proceed with the work. Select the appropriate product for construction according to finishing requirements. It is strictly required to test the moisture content before the subsequent installation process. If the moisture content exceeds 10% and installation is forced, all resulting consequences shall be borne by the responsible party.
