Self-leveling construction acceptance standards
Surface flatness, hollowing, and sand rising of self-leveling are the core factors in quality control for self-leveling leveling works. Based on inspections of construction projects involving wood flooring,PVC, resilient flooring, and plastic flooring across multiple regions in China, including Henan,Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Shanghai, Hubei, Anhui, Jiangsu, and Jiangxi, contractors uniformly require the base layer flatness to be within 2-3mm to ensure the proper installation of the decorative surface layer. Within every 20㎡ area, hollowing shall not exceed 2 occurrences, and the area of each hollowing shall not exceed 400mm². Checking flatness with a ruler and detecting hollowing by tapping with a small hammer are unsuitable methods for testing sound insulation leveling sites. The sound insulation leveling system has a multibubble structure with varying thicknesses, and tapping with a small hammer may produce inconsistent echoes.
